Clear answers about how DeepCrux works.
Local AI, live Salesforce data, reviewable plans, and permissions that remain in control.
What is DeepCrux?
DeepCrux is private Salesforce AI that runs locally in your browser. It turns plain-English requests into permission-aware plans you can review before execution, then returns answers linked to the live Salesforce records behind them.
Is DeepCrux free to use?
Yes. DeepCrux is free to use, with no AI token charges or usage-based model fees.
Does my Salesforce data stay local?
AI inference runs locally in your browser on your machine. Salesforce data moves only between your browser and your Salesforce organization—it is not sent to DeepCrux servers or an external AI provider.
Does DeepCrux respect Salesforce permissions?
Yes. Record operations execute under the current user's Salesforce sharing rules and field-level permissions. DeepCrux does not create a separate path around the access Salesforce already enforces.
How does DeepCrux avoid running the wrong request?
DeepCrux grounds each request against live Salesforce metadata, shows the resulting plan before execution, and asks for clarification when more than one safe interpretation remains. Nothing needs to run on an unreviewed guess.
What does “review the plan” mean?
Before execution, you can inspect the selected record type, fields, filters, relationships, time ranges, grouping, sorting, and result limit. You can confirm the plan, edit it, or cancel it.
Can saved plans run without asking the AI again?
Yes. Once a plan has been grounded and approved, it can be saved and run deterministically without asking the model to reinterpret the original request.
Does it work with custom objects and fields?
DeepCrux grounds requests against the metadata available in your Salesforce organization, including accessible standard and custom objects, fields, values, and relationships.
Can DeepCrux create Salesforce records?
DeepCrux can prepare supported record-creation drafts from natural-language instructions and source text. You review the proposed object and every captured field before any record is created.
Are interactions auditable?
DeepCrux records its governed interactions in the Salesforce organization so administrators can review what was requested, how it was interpreted, and what operation was executed.
What do I need to run DeepCrux?
DeepCrux uses a Salesforce app and a lightweight Chrome browser companion. Local AI performance depends on the machine and browser's WebGPU support; the experience is designed to run on modern business laptops without an external model service.
How is this different from connecting Salesforce to a cloud chatbot?
The language model runs on your device, the execution plan is visible before it runs, Salesforce remains the authority for metadata and permissions, and results are traceable to live records. DeepCrux is designed as a governed Salesforce workflow—not an opaque answer box.
What capabilities are coming next?
We are actively expanding advanced querying, analytics, meeting preparation, record creation, and governed automation. New capabilities will be released progressively over the coming weeks and months.
