DeepCrux does not send Salesforce records to DeepCrux or to a cloud AI model. The website only collects information you choose to submit when you contact us.
Salesforce product data
The DeepCrux language model runs locally in the browser. Approved record operations execute inside Salesforce under the current user's Salesforce permissions. No DeepCrux server is in that query path.
Information submitted through this website
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, work email address, company information, and message. We use it to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, and communicate about DeepCrux.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted using infrastructure providers that may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and security logs. Contact messages may also be processed by the email and infrastructure services used to deliver them.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of DeepCrux and its users.
Retention and your choices
We retain contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by contacting us.
